Wiston Estate in West Sussex is hosting a series of virtual tastings online, hosted by their winemaker Dermot Sugrue live from the winery. It’s the beginning of a series called ‘Spotlight On’ The first one is taking place his Thursday (30 April) at 7pm, entitled ‘Spotlight On: Vintage / Non-Vintage’.

The half hour session will see Dermot taking a closer look at the different philosophies behind the creation of Wiston’s two flagship wines: Brut Non-Vintage and Vintage Cuvée.

Why are Vintage wines not made every year? Learn more about the history of these wines, through to the current release of Brut NV and vintage Cuvée 2015, which Dermot will be tasting and discussing in detail during the evening.
