Since 2018 Gusbourne in Kent have been inviting some of the UK’s top chefs to Gusbourne to share their Michelin-starred talents in their intimate garden room, which overlooks the vineyards.
For 2022, Gusbourne are delighted to announce that some of their leading restaurant partners have once again agreed to take over the kitchen at Gusbourne over the course of the spring and summer, offering customers a unique opportunity to taste their exceptional dishes at The Nest. These include The Hand and Flowers, Trinity, The Fordwich Arms and Restaurant Story.
Each restaurant will serve one lunch and one dinner sitting. Guests will start with a wander in the vines with canapés and an aperitif before sitting down for a bespoke multi-course meal served with Gusbourne sparkling and limited-edition wines.
