Hattingley Valley Winery Tour with Lunch at the Yew Tree

We will give you an in-depth tour of our state-of-the-art winery explaining the production processes involved to create traditional method sparkling wine followed by a tasting of our current range. The experience usually lasts around 1.5 – 2 hours and our friendly Hattingley Valley expert will answer any questions you may have throughout the guided tour.
Once you have enjoyed your winery tour and tasting take the short stroll down to the Yew Tree pub for a lovely homemade 2 course set menu consisting of starter and main course.

Grilled goats cheese bruscetta with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto
Crispy bacon, tomato and gorgonzola salad
Breaded torpedo prawns with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Pork and leek sausages with parsley mash and a rich onion gravy
Smoked haddock, spring onion and mozzarella fishcake with citrus tartare
Locally sourced venison burger topped with bacon and cheddar and served with chips and salad
Roasted peppers stuffed with Mediterranean roasted vegetable provencal and topped with spicy cheese
