Wiston Estate Harvest Wine Dinners & Lunches

Harvest is a cause for great celebration at Wiston as it marks the culmination of the vine growing year. To commemorate the occasion and to celebrate our recent award of ‘Winery of the Year’ in the WineGB Awards 2020, we are thrilled that Michael Notman-Watt of The Syndicate Kitchen will be returning to our Wine Barn on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October for our Harvest Wine Dinners and Lunches.

Each event will begin with an informative walk through Wiston’s vineyard. We will then return to our Wine Barn overlooking the vines where Michael will have created a delicious 5-course menu made with ingredients sourced from Wiston Estate and nearby. Each course will be paired with one of our award-winning English Sparkling Wines and our Sales Director (and Michael’s wife!) Alex Notman-Watt will be on hand to talk you through each of the pairings.

 

We have significantly reduced capacity for each sitting to keep a safe distance between each table and will be sending Wiston’s COVID-19 guidelines out upon booking. We are doing the utmost to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

The Saturday evening is already fully booked but we still have availability for dinner on Friday 16th October and lunch on either Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th. To book, either visit our website or please feel free to call us on 01903 877845.
