WineGB Awards 2019

Judging for the industry’s national competition, the WineGB Awards, took place on 17th and 18th June at the Institute of Masters of Wine, London.

Showcasing one of the world’s most exciting wine regions, the calibre of judges and competition partners make this a major competition for Great Britain’s wine producers. The judges were a glittering line up of wine luminaries, led by co-chairs Susie Barrie MW and Oz Clarke, carefully chosen to represent different spheres of the wine world, from wine buying and selling in retail, wholesale and the on-trade as well as communication. Each has extensive experience in competition judging and professional knowledge of English and Welsh wines. All the wines were judged to international standards of marking.
